Day 1 Australia/Beijing
Fly with Qantas Airways to Beijing. Upon arrival, meet your guide at the airport and then transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Beijing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, go to visit the Great Wall. It is an ancient gigantic defensive project, the largest construction projects ever completed and one of the greatest wonders of the world. Then go to the Summer Palace. Built in 1888, the Summer Palace was a resort for the Imperial Court. There are palaces, pavilions, terraces and long corridor stretches out along the northern shore of Kunming Lake. Then have an outward look of Bird’s Nest and Water Cube, the main dramatic and exciting venues to host sporting events for the Beijing Olympics 2008. Dinner served with Beijing Roasted Duck.

Day 3: Beijing (B/L/D)
Morning tour to Tiananmen Square. It is the largest inner-city square in the world that can hold up to a million people, and the most famous and popular places in China. In the central of the square is Monument to People’s Heroes and Chairman Mao memorial hall. Take a photo stop at National Centre for the Performing Arts. The Centre, an ellipsoid dome of titanium and glass surrounded by an artificial lake, was designed by French architect Paul Andreu and colloquially described as The Egg. Continue to Forbidden City. It was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties, altogether fourteen emperors had reigned here. Having been the imperial palace for some five centuries, it houses numerous rare treasures and curiosities. In the afternoon, pay a visit traditional Hutong Area with local vehicle Rickshaw. Then enjoy the acrobatic show.

Day 4: Beijing/Xi’an (B/L/D)
Morning flight to Xi’an. Upon arrival, visit of the best museums in China--Shaanxi Provincial Museum.

Day 5: Xi’an (B/L/D)
After breakfast, highlights of today start from the Museum of Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses, The great archeological excavation of Qin (221BC-206BC) Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses unfolded a strong army of altogether 7,000 life-size pottery soldiers, horses, chariots and weapons arranged in battle formations symbolically, guarding the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Then visit Big Wide Goose Pagoda, which was built in the Tang Dynasty to collect Buddhist scriptures and 500 years history. Then attend a colorful Tang Dynasty Dance and Music Show.

Day 6: Xi’an/Shanghai (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Ancient City Wall, the most complete city wall to survive in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. In the afternoon, take flight to the most vigorous and prosperous international metropolis in China—Shanghai. Visit Shanghai World Financial Center. Standing 492 meters, Shanghai World Financial Center offers not only new office space with cutting-edge specifications, but also the world’s highest observatory. Soaring 472 meters above the ground, the 100th floor observation deck provides and the Huangpu River below. Then free shopping in Super Grand Mall.

Day 7: Shanghai (B/D)
Whole day’s visiting in World Expo, which chants slogan as Better City, Better Life. The Exposition will be the first registered World Exposition in a developing country, which gives expression to the expectations the world’s people place on China’s future development. It serves as an important platform for more then 200 countries and international institutions to display historical experience, exchange innovative ideas, demonstrating esprit de corps and looking to the future. Lunch on your own arrangement.

Day 8: Shanghai/Australia (B)
Free explore in Shanghai until transfer to airport and take flight to be outbound.

Day 9: Australia
Morning arrive in Australia.
