Day 01 Australia/Shanghai
Fly from Australia to Shanghai on Qantas flight QF129(0915/1805). Upon arrival in Shanghai, you will be greeted by our CTS Guide and transferred to your hotel.

Day 02 Shanghai/Hangzhou (B/L/D)
This morning, we take a coach to Hangzhou. Hangzhou is a well-known tourist, historical and cultural city and one of the six ancient capitals in China. Visit the Hua Gang Park and West Lake. You will appreciate the fabled scenery such as ‘Broken Bridge’, ‘Autumn Moon over the Calm Lake’ and ‘Three Pools Mirroring the Moon’. You will take a short cruise tour on the West Lake. Hangzhou is famous for Longjing Green Tea; you will visit a tea plantation to taste its famous tea as well as learning about the ancient tea making process. Later we will stop at Nanshan Road. Stretching as long as 2500 meters along the West Lake with scenic spots on its way. Teahouses, coffee shops, restaurants, art shops selling calligraphy and paintings, all of which are gathered here. It is also well known as one of the most romantic roads in Hangzhou City.

Day 03 Hangzhou/Yellow Mountain (B/L/D)
In the morning, you will take a coach to Yellow Mountain. It is immortalized by Chinese poets and painters and now a favourite vacation retreat for top Chinese officials and important state guests. Upon arrival, take a cable car up to the mountain. You will visit the North Sea Scenic Area which has plenty of wonders. like the Beginning-to-Believe Peak, the Lion Peak, the Refreshing Terrace, the Monkey Gazing at the Sea, the Flying Stone and more.

Day 04 Yellow Mountain (B/L/D)
In the morning, we will visit the West Sea Scenic Area. Hiking westward from North Sea for 20 minutes, one comes to Cloud-dispelling Pavilion in West Sea Scenic Area. It is fantastic to see misty clouds ascending from the deep valley in front of the pavilion. Climbing up along the steepy stairs, one will see a huge rock standing on a peak. The huge pear-shaped rock, 10 meters high, stands precariously on top of the cliff. The bottom of the rock is so separated from the ground that it looks as if it had just flying over afar. Take a cable-car down from the mountain and taking a coach ride to YiXi’an County to visit the Ancient Residences of Hongcun Village, which was listed as one of World Cultural Heritage Sites by UNESCO in 2000, which is also a place where the movie “Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon” was shot. Drive back to Tunxi.

Day 05 Yellow Mountain/Jingdezhen (B/L/D)
In the morning, take a short tour to the Tunxi Ancient Street. Tunxi Ancient Street is lined up with antique shops, medicine shops, steelyard stores, teahouses, restaurants and galleries. Many of these shops carry more than a hundred years of history. It is a paradise for tourists to buy souvenirs rich in Chinese culture with comparatively lower price. Then we take a coach to Jingdezhen which has been the “Porcelain Capital” of China because of its production of quality pottery. It has a 1700-year-old history of pottery production. Upon arrival, pay a visit to Ancient Kiln and Grand Porcelain Expo Area.

Day 06 Jingdezhen/Mount Lushan (B/L/D)
After breakfast, coach to Mount Lushan. Lushan owes its reputation to its wonderful, elegant, steep and spectacular features that embrace ravines, waterfalls, grottoes, rocks and rivulets. Today’s sightseeing begins with Flower Path, Jinxiu Valley, Xianren Dong, Meilu villa and Gulin Town.

Day 07 Mount Lushan/Nanchang (B/L/D)
After breakfast, visit Hanbokou with Litou Peak to west, the highest Hanyang Peak to opposite and Wulao Peak to east whose rough sketch takes great resemblance to the appearance of Chairman Mao. Transfer to Tengwang Pavilion. This fine building is one of the three most notable pavilions on south side of the Yangtze River. In terms of its height, overall size and architectural style, this pavilion is a prime example of such buildings for which China is justifiably famous.

Day 08 Nanchang/Shanghai (B/L/D)
After breakfast, take train to Shanghai. Sightseeing features with Bund, the new finance and commercial houses cluster together along the east of the Bund while along the west there is a wealth of grand buildings in the European architectural styles of the nineteen-twenties, thirties and early forties. Then and take cruise on the Huangpu River.

Explore the city on your own pace before being transferred to airport for your return flight QF130 (1935/0915).
