Day 01: Sydney - Hanoi

Fly from Australia to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will meet with your tour guide and transfer to your hotel for 3 nights.

Day 02: Hanoi (B/L)

Hanoi, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and public parks, is the capital of Vietnam. It is a very attractive city with French style buildings and friendly people. Today you will enjoy a city tour of Hanoi with lunch at a local restaurant. The tour includes One Pillar Pagoda, designed to resemble a lotus blossom, Temple of Literature; dedicated to Confucius, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; the final resting place of Ho Chi Minh and St. Joseph Cathedral.

Day 03: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L)

After breakfast, drive east along Highway 5 across Hai Hung province. Excursion by boat through Halong Bay including Seafood Lunch on a traditional wooden boat among the emerald waters and craggy rock formations(4 hours). Return to dock and drive back to Hanoi.

Day 04: Hanoi - Hue (B)

Transfer to Hanoi airport for your flight to Hue on Vietnam Airlines. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for 2 nights.

Day 05: Hue (B/L)

Full day City Tour in Hue including The Old Imperial City and the Imperial Tombs. Afterwards, visit Dong Ba Market, where you will see lives of the local people.

Day 06: Hue - Hoi An

This morning we drive to Hoi An passing through Hai Van Pass, Lang Co and Danang. On the way you will pass Truong Son Mountain range that is just south of China Sea which has spectacular views. Arriving in Hoi An you will check in for two nights.

Day 07: Hoi An (B/L)

Hoi An is a picturesque riverside town south of Danang. It was once the main port of Southeast Asia. We will begin a walking tour of Hoi An. Along the way you will see many beautiful buildings and sights. We will end the day with a boat trip on Thu Bon River.

Day 08: Hoi An - Danang - Saigon (B)

Today we leave for Saigon. Upon arrival in Saigon, transfer to your hotel and start a Half Day City Tour which includes Notre Dame Cathedral, The Central Post office, City Hall, Ben Thanh Market and Dong Khoi Street or "Rue Catinet".

Day 09: Saigon (B)

Morning excursion to Cu Chi Tunnels, a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapon factories during the American War. In the afternoon, you are free to discover this dynamic city on your own pace.

Day 10: Saigon - Mekong Delta (B/L)

From Saigon, transfer to Cai Be and tour the colorful Floating Market by boat, continue through bywaters and canals on the Mekong Delta at Vinh Long. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 11: Can Tho - Saigon (B/L/D)

Today we visit the largest and most bustling of the Mekong Delta Markets, Cai Rang, which best visited in early morning hours. Fruits and vegetables are all hanged on the long poles all over, a true amazing place. In the afternoon, drive back to Saigon for one night.

Day 12: Saigon - Siem Reap (B/L)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arriving in Siem Reap, you will be transferred to the hotel and check in for 2 nights. Afternoon: visit Angkor Wat Complex; start from the famous Angkor Wat, then a stop at the Angkorian Temple to watch the sun setting over the Cambodian countryside.

Day 13: Siem Reap (B/L)

Visit more of the world famous Angkor Temples: Angkor Thom, a fortified Royal City with five monument gates where city’s most important monuments are located including Bayon, Baphuon, the Terrace of Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and many more.

Day 14: Siem Reap - Saigon - Australia (B)

Morning excursion to Tonle Sap (Great Lake) with a boat trip through the heart of Cambodia, where you will explore floating fishing villages, submerged forests, shops and restaurants in the middle of the lake. Late afternoon: Transfer to the airport for you overnight flight back to Australia via Saigon.

Day 15: Australia

Morning arrival back to Australia.
